Naked Trees

The leaves on our trees have all fallen off. Daddy grumbles about that because he has to pick them all up but I'm happy the trees are naked again...
It makes it much easier to spot the birdies!
Are the trees naked in your neck of the woods too?

Hope your Monday is a good one!

Our trees don't know when it's time to take off their leaves! Maybe they're modest... they're probably the only modest beings in all of L.A.!

Our trees have been naked all summer thanks to the gypsy moth caterpillars :(

Our leaves are falling, but they have a lot way to go to be naked. A long way to go.

I linked this post to Awww Mondays, because you're so cute I can hardly stand it.

Have a purrfect day. My best to Isabella, your mom and J. ♥♥♥

A lot of our trees are naked now or getting there. Fall has been uncommonly warm (and very, very wet). We agree, though -- fewer leaves makes it easier to spot the birds and squirrels too.

The trees in my neck of the woods are very modest - they keep their leaves as much as arborally possible...(is arborally a word?)

They are falling rapidly over here too! I'm not to fond of naked trees...

Sorry. I've been hanging around my mom too much. She's happy about the leaves falling, too -- For the same reason you're happy!

OH yes, much better reception for Bird TV. Mom wishes our leaves would all fall down so she could do our Christmas lights before it gets too cold.

Mine are still clothed but it will not last another week or so I think.

We don't have many trees in our yard...just one ornamental and the redbud, which is at the back of the yard. So, our birdy watching is all done at the feeder and the pond and is easily viewed all the time. Birds sure are fun to watch, aren't they?!

Suddenly, the trees are almost bare here. And, yes, the sky is more visible. xo

Some leaves have fallen but most are still on. Unfortunately, we are not getting any good color this year. We had our last warm day today, so they'll probably start falling soon. Enjoy watching the birdies, Angel. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy

We live in the swamps of south Louisiana, where most of the trees keep most of their leaves year 'round. It's okay, though, we don't have to shovel snow.

Our trees are getting close to being nekked. The dad guy has been chewing up the leaves with the lawn mower thingy. We agree...you can see the birds much better with nekked trees.
