We're re-running this post from last year but the sentiment remains the same. We're thinking of those who have fought and died for our freedom but we also still think of our sisfur Sadie every day. Those of you who met our mommy at BlogPaws knows how close she is to her heart after nearly two years. Yep, after the lady who wrote a book about surviving pet loss came up to her the first day she was a lost cause! Anyway, hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!

It's Memorial Day weekend and our thoughts are with the men and women who have fought and died for our country. We are grateful for their service and our freedom. Our thoughts are also with our friends and loved ones that we've lost like our sisfur Sadie...
She always had that big ole smile on her face and of course she had a cutie patootie too...
As you remember those who've affected your life this holiday weekend, don't forget to express your love and gratitude for those still with us. Also remember to spread smiles today and always!

Mum always goes to cemetery for Memorial Day weekend. Although it's a holiday for military service men and women...she can't help remembering EVERYONE.

I lost my first old childhood pet this time of year 11 years ago, and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her. With that being said, you're right that it's so important to express your love and gratitude for those who are still with us. I hope that you're enjoying the weekend.
