Fright Night

One of my jobs is keeping the bed monsters at bay when Mommy changes the sheets but who knew I'd have to keep stringy spiders at bay too...
Can you believe that stringy spider scared the beejeebers out of Mommy? Okay, to be fair, it was night and we only had our small lamp on so it was a little scary looking when the sheet was unfolded...
But I whapped it...
And whapped it again...
I'm pretty sure it's deaded now...
It's a tough job battling bed monsters and stringy spiders but somekitty's got to do it! What would Mommy do without me?

Hope you don't have any fright nights this weekend!

Looks like it was fun to play with it. My teammate at http://www.essay-writer.club/ says that his cat played with a piece of thread for almost a three hours.

I was scared too at first. It *does* look like a spider! Having had actual spiders in my bed before didn't help. Good girl Angel taking care of your mother!

Cripes! I thought it WAS a dead spider and was freaking out that your mom would pick it up. :-D

Man, I need more coffee...and eyeglasses!

Angel, we know how happy your Mom is for your deading skills. Was that guy actually in the bed? Ick! Did you eat him afterwards? Have a great weekend. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Your work is never done is it Angel? No it's not because Isabella was sleeping instead of helping you. Am I right? I thought so.

I definitely could use a good helper like you ....I found the same thing on the arm of the downstairs couch the other day and jumped at least 4 inches off the floor! Okay, my eyes ARE getting pretty bad... but, spiders are one thing I definitely don't like and if it looks remotely like one....I need to see it up close to check or, better yet, have anybody else check it while I stand waaaay back .....

Some great whapping there Angel! That spider must have been huge!!! xxx

Without you to do the whapping, your Mom would be in bad shape, I am sure.
MY Mom says she sometimes goes into the bedroom without turning on the light. After THIS bit of information, NO MORE!!

What an appropriate name for this Angel! My little fur babies just sniff around the monsters and do nothing. ;)
