Tortie Tuesday

Because she was 'raised' by our sisfur Sadie, my little sisfur Angel goes running downstairs to greet Mommy and Daddy whenever they come home usually meowing all the way.  She then proceeds to rub against everything in the hallway including Mommy who pets her all over.  Well, I go downstairs too but I prefer the Tortie greeting from the guest bed...
Believe it or not, they come to ME to pet me too.  Angel could learn a thing or two from this Tortie!

Do you greet your humans when they come home?

Hope you get lots of scritches today!

I like the idea of your humans coming to YOU, Isabella! That's what I prefer. Binga, of course, is an attention grabber - she always is hoping she'll get treats!

When Mommy and Daddy get home, we always greet them at the door. Yup, Whisky trained us well! :)

Daddy always laugh at how we always follow Mommy around. MOL.

You are so smart Isabella. Maybe that's what I should try. I greet my mom and I always have a toy ready because I know when she gets home from work she wants to play. She usually pretends she's not interested but I know she really is.

The wonderful thing about cats is - they know when their humans are at the door before the humans make a sound.

OH yes, I greet Mommy at the door each time she comes home and I feisty-windy around rubbing on everything and her and everything again. Then her again. xxoo

Well it would be far too much effort for you to go greet your mom and dad when they come home. Far too much effort.

Have a purrfect day. My best to your wonderful humans. ♥♥♥

It's so funny to see their personalities at work. All three of our cats enjoy being greeters, but they like to rotate the responsibility. It's a tough job after all.

Usually I am near the door, but sometimes I'm still on the bed napping. I mean ... guarding the house. If that's the case, Mom comes to get me. For my little one, she stays in 10 Downing Street while Mom and Dad are out, still. It's safer that way. And I get good naps in. :)

Most of us show up in the foyer when the humans come home. Misty May, however, usually can't be bothered unless she thinks she might have the opportunity to go outside. We think you got it right, Isabella, especially if the humans come to you. Enjoy! XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Y'know, we always greet the mom when she comes home. Because we know we'll be getting some food!
