Tortie Tuesday

We hope everybody enjoyed their weekend!  We had lots of sunpuddles to enjoy but it also meant we got left home alone a lot since Mommy and Daddy went on hikes, picked blueberries and peaches and other stuff that didn't involve tending to us like they're supposed to every minute of every day.  Of course I still kept up with my duties like helping Daddy read the paper...
On second thought, maybe it was okay they were gone so I could catch up on my beauty sleep...
It's a tough job being a beautiful Tortie but I do it purrfectly!

Hope you have a wonderful Tortie Tuesday!
Isabella

I was lucky, Isabella - my human was at a vintage film festival much of the weekend, so she was around a lot less than normal and I was able to catch up on my beauty rest too!

Oh Isabella, you do such a good job helping the Dad read the paper. Good thing he doesn't want to read all of the paper. You are just such a big help. Take care.

To be as beautiful as you Isabella, you must sleep a lot.

Did you get to have any of the blueberries or peaches? I think blueberries would be fun for you to whap around! You should ask your mom for some. Whap 'em on the carpet. What a fun idea!!!

We dunno, Isabella, we kinda think your humans were neglectful of you both this past weekend, since they were so "busy" doing other things!

It is always a kitty's duty to help with reading material; even though, we know, if not for us, our humans probably would be a lot smarter. Duties fulfilled, Isabella, you definitely needed a rest. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
