Even though today is technically Caturday, it'll always be Sadieday in our house and since we're pretty sure our sisfur Sadie is strolling around the Rainbow Bridge today, we thought we'd go strolling with some of her friends. Today we're strolling with
Khyra the beawootiful Siberian Husky from Pawsylvania...
We all know that Sadie had a cutie patootie and Khyra is known as Miss Fluffy Tail because of her patootie...
She also likes to go off-roading too...
Of course the best adventures involve a field trip so Khyra goes in her Xterra...
We'll always remember how happy our sisfur Sadie was in her SUV (Sadie Utility Vehicle) too...
We miss our sisfur Sadie very much and Mommy still gets leaky eyes so we hope you enjoy Sadieday strolls with her friends because we still want to include her on our blog. And we certainly know she'd want you to enjoy a stroll in your neck of the woods today!

Although it's nice you are keeping the Sadieday tradition, we are a little sad here again too...
It makes our hearts ache too, but we think this is a wonderful way to honour Sadie.

Khyra is absolutely beautiful. I'm still finding it difficult to think of Sadie as not being here chatting to us on Sadiedays as she had done for so long, but looking at that sweet and very happy face of hers keeps her spirit alive, as it does our collective happy memories of such a sweet, sweet girl.
And it is so true - Saturdays will always be thought of as Sadiedays to me.

Our Mum Ms. C has a special fondness for huskies! She thinks Khyra is gorgeous and would have loved Sadie just as much. Such beauties!

This is a great idea! Mommy was off-roading (at work no less!) and she thought of Sadie.

Khyra has such a lovely poof to her tail! Just like Sadie. Our Cleo we always felt she had 'fancy pants' as she had extra fur down her back legs... looks like Khyra does too!
My hoomin went out and saw some dogs walking with their hoomins. She said they were happy, like Sadie. :)
It was fun to go strolling with Khyra today. Though we sure wish Sadie was here too. Khyra has a great smile too!

It was fun getting to stroll with Khyra today. I know that I'll always think of Saturday as Sadieday and enjoyed getting to take a stroll with another adorable dog.
Aw, gees, I miss my friend, Sadie too. It was nice taking a walk with Khyra, but it wasn't the same. :(
I hope Mommeh thinks about giving another sweet doggie a home again someday. I always think that is the best way to honor our fur friends we have lost. We can never replace them, but it feels good to give somebody a nice home.

We went on a fantabulous SadieDay Stroll today in Miss Sadie's honor. Almost caught a squirrel, too! (Squirrel was way smarter than my two. LOL)
Saturday will always be Sadieday and this is a wonderful way to continue to stroll on Sadieday with friends like Kyra
