Helping: Kitty Style...

I like to help Mommy with her beading although for some reason she gets very nervous when I do. I think it's because she's worried I'll over-do it and tire myself out. Anyway, an example of her worry wart tendencies came out when we needed to make an adjustment to a bracelet. I tried to look distracted in order to put her at ease... Then I walked by the bracelet to better give her an idea of how much to adjust it by...
Again, I tried to look distracted by pretending to bite on the thing-a-ma-bobs in her bead box... I then tested the sturdyness of her board thing-a-ma-jig to make sure the beads don't break through it...
See, there was no reason for her to be nervous with my help was there? Beading is hard work though so I'll just lay here and warm my Tortie booty in the sunlight...
I should certainly get extra treats for working so hard on the weekend!

Hope you have a relaxing Sunday!
Isabella

Maybe your human should give you treats even BEFORE you start work! Just to show how much she appreciates you.

It looks as if you are a very good helper. I tried to help HH with her art back in the day. She did not appreciate it much either. Always saying, "Careful, Max... careful, Max." and such...

Have a great Sunday.

Pawhugs, Max

Hee hee, if your Mom sold her stuff on eBay, she wouldn't be able to say the jewelry came from a "pet free home"! WE sure don't mind - all our things we have gotten on Etsy came with kitty love energy included.

I'm sure it goes without saying but extra treats are warrented as well for all your labor. And Tortie Butts in the Sun are BEST!

Oh Isabella. You are an inspiration to me and all the other kitties who see this. I like what Simba said..that everything she has gotten ( and my mommy) on ETSY come infused with kitty loves and kitty energy. You showed us how that happens. I hope I get your purrsonal stamp of approval or Angel's as well with my next order.

Love your helper! I used to have a helper like that. That cat now lives with my daughter.

What a nervous nellie your mummy is! As though you'd swallow a bead, or get your paws hurt by the thread... hmm, maybe not so silly to worry after all. Be careful, Isabella!

Overtime definitely some reward, and treats seem like the best ever.

Hope you got a chance to rest today too.

Oh, you kitties are such "helpers"! I used to quilt a lot and the kitties would magically appear, just as I laid out the squares on the floor to sew them together. Sigh. Yeah, GREAT helpers! Ugh.
