Furrsday

Even though our weather is getting cooler, my furs are coming out all over the place. I think it makes efurrything prettier but Mommy doesn't agree so she brought out something I don't like, the FURminator! I only allowed about 25 seconds of FURmination but she still stole a lot of perfectly good furs... I think we're finished here so let's go inside now!
There better be treats waiting for me too!

Enjoy your Furrsday!
Sadie

Maybe your summer fur is coming out to make more room for your thicker, winter fur! At least I think that's how it works.

Your momma can actually make a small pillow for you with all the furs... hehehehehe that sure isssssss a lot of them furs she got off you.

I'm not sure what a Furminator is, but you are losing a LOT of fur, Sadie! Hope you got lots of yummy treats :)

Abby likes the Furminator! She'll sit or lay still for as long as I want to do it. My cat, Manny, always comes by too wanting his turn.

OUR Mommy brought out the FURminator today as well! And the victim was BERNIE (the bunny). He was molting up a whole litter of bunnies so Mommy decided it was time for him to be furminated (enough fur to stuff a pillow). And boy oh boy, Bernie wasn't happy either. Heeheehee.

After losing all that fur Sadie I hope you got a lot of treats. Now that it is getting cold you do need to make room for your winter fur.

Furminators are so awesome! I hope you feel a little cooler without all that hair!

I have one of those too and boy do they take a lot of fur out. The dreaded fur is causing problems for me so I guess its not a bad thing to be furminated.. HUgs GJ xx

Although it might not have been fun, I bet if feels good to get rid of all that hair. I need one of these things for Marshmellow.

I hope you got lots of treats.

Ah, Sadie, you look beautiful even without all of your fur!

Oliver says: I know what you mean, Sadie -- my mama gets after me with a special comb! But it feels really furry good to me!

Thank goodness there was something that caused all that hair to be in one pile at once! I thought your mommy had to sweep that up from just a daily sweep:)

Rose Clearfield said...

Angel leaves furries everywhere, too. The fur removal process is just part of the daily routine around here.

Woo, Sadie! My mom brushed me and Zim yesterday! We're still shedding lots and lots, too. Maybe to make room for our winter coats?
You look real pretty all FurMinated!

Oh my GOSH Sadie...is she trying to make you stark nekkid????

Ann said...

oh my goodness that's a big pile of fur. When I had chocolate labs I used to always have brown furry floors no matter how much I swept.

Marg said...

Oh Sadie. we doggies at our house hate that too. We put up with it about as long as you did. We both have long hair like you do. Good luck Sadie.

You looks so pretty and well-groomed Sadie! My Mom uses something called a rake on me - doesn't that sound scary? Love, Moon

Pee Ess: You can bake the coconut shrimp - use big ones so the coating will have time to cook and not turn the shrimp rubbery.

Wow, Sadie! There's a whole 'nother you on the deck!!

We sure hope there were some really good treats in this for you, Sadie. We are all shedding bigtime too, except for Lightning who still has his puppy fur. Guess it has to do with that really warm summer we had.

You know, Sadie, you look especially beautiful now after that brushing.

The Adventures of Scarlett and Melly said...

Oh, poor Sadie. Melly is not a big fan of the furminator lately either - she wriggles away after only a couple of strokes.
