While I Was Sleeping...

After I had 35 naps, 10 meals and 8 play sessions, I discovered that Mommy finished three "No-No" bracelets! Can you tell how shocked I was!
Who knew she could get so much done in 20 hours? Since she's a slow poke learning, each bracelet took about 7 hours to make which is way too long for a cat to stay awake. Eventually they should take 2-3 hours which means two cat naps. She finished her own bracelet first. It's more sparkly and pretty in purrson...
Then this one with purple (surprise!) hearts on it...
And finally this one...
Hey, wait a minute, there's a bracelet in this bunch that doesn't look like the others...
She must have snuck that one in although I'm not surprised it's purple...
She got a whole bunch more little bitty beads for us to play with to make more bracelets so it looks like a cat's work is never done.

If you have color suggestions please let us know since it seems like Mommy keeps gravitating towards purple. If you'd like a bracelet custom made for you in the colors of your choice, email us at beadedtail at yahoo dot com for more information.

We hope you have a great day!
Isabella

PeeS: We may be slow in commenting today because Mommy is at some boring tax update class and we aren't allowed to use the computer when she's gone. She's a party pooper.

Those bracelets are very pretty! My human loves purple, but I think she should make some to match my fur, with brown, black, orange and cream!

The bracelets are lovely! My Mom thinks the prettiest colors are purples and blues, but that's just her. That is a lot of work for each bracelet!! Enjoy your naps, kitties.

The bracelets look great! I am always happy to see someone new learning beadweaving. You did a great job capturing the purple vividly. I would probably go with turquoise next. It's pretty easy to include charms either in the fringe or as part of the clasp (I can show you an example of some of mine like that if you want). It would be great to have a piece with an animal charm in it for your shop.

You definitely will get quicker at it as you keep practicing. I can put together a lot of my $20-$30 pieces in 3 hours now. Keep it up! I can't wait to see what else you create.

Those bracelets are beautiful! You did a fantastic job!! I am sure that with time, you will get quicker at making them. My color combo suggestion is, black, silver and gold.

These look so great! I can see why they take so much time...very detailed!
Love the purple and black one and the last purple one :)
Of course pink is always a good option :)
Black and silver?
Lime and Teal?
Pink and Black?
Red and Green (later in the year)?
Red, White and Blue?
I could go on and on :)

The bracelets are beautiful.

I'm kind of in a green and spring (pastels) mood now.

As a cat mom, I see how important cat naps are and that the computer is not safe for little ones by themselves or unsupervised.

Time to play.

Have lots of fun while Mommy is away. It gives you plenty of time for that Birdie Network.

And lovely No-No bracelets. What great progress!!

We like the purple too. Those are such pretty bracelets. Mommy did a great job on them while you were having those 35 naps Isabella. You need to help a little more. Mommy needs you.
Poor Mommy, tax season again. Take care.

Your moms new bracelets are very pretty. She's learned well. I think those would take me much longer than 7 hours to do.

Those look great! I know around here, if you had blue and orange, you could sell quite a few of them, especially, if they said, "BSU". Another color would be pink for, "Race for the Cure". I think that is coming up in May.

Oh those are so pretty! But it's a good thing I'm not there...because I'd be whapping those shiny bracelets right off the table! I do stuff like that.
