Happy Sadieday!

It's Sadieday! My favorite day of the week! Today I wanted to let you know that I made Mommy and Daddy finally fix up the ugly rock bed that was beside MY deck. You saw it when the neighbor cat Dooney was lounging in it the other day and it was even the background of some photos Mommy took of me although I really poured on the cuteness to keep the attention away from the ugly rock bed behind me...
It was so bad, I didn't even want to be photographed with it although I forgot to put down my tail...
I did put down my paw and said enough is enough - fix up MY yard! They were pretty clueless on what to do but it ended up looking pretty good if I say so myself...
All the neighbor cat smells are gone and I'm going to do my best to keep it that way...
Now I'm proud to show my cute face with MY new flower bed!
As an added bonus, Mommy likes to sit outside with me more since it's relaxing to look at plants rather than the ugly rock bed. And because she's out here, I'm going to go right on over and get a scritch or two behind my ears!
Hope you have a happy and relaxed Sadieday!
Sadie

What a great place for you and your mom to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Sometimes a dog just needs to put her foot down to get her humans to do what they need to do. Good job Sadie

That looks really pretty, Sadie! I'm sure you supervised the whole thing - I mean, our mom can't do a big task like that without us! I think you earned those ear scratchies -- and some COOKIES!!!
Enjoy your deck time!

That rock bed looks very nice now! It would be even better if your humans could make cat beds that were just as cool looking! Cats need beds even more than rocks do!

It's my favorite day of the week---Sadieday!!! :) Hooray!

I like the new flower bed! It is great with the grasses and rocks placed here and there. Much, much better than the rock bed! Nice work Mommeh and Daddeh. I'm sure removing all those rocks was a back-buster. Ugh.

Good Job Sadie. Way to put your paw down and get some work out of your Mom & Dad. The garden looks great!

Mommy says you should allow you parents an adult beverage and a couple of treats as a reward...

Oh your mommy and daddy did such a good job! We wouldn't have known that was YOUR tail Sadie (yes we would) but whose ever tail it was...it was fluffy and pretty!

Sadie, you know you really don't need a pretty rock garden to look cute for us - you always look cute, most especially so today. But we must say the humans did a great job on the garden. It looks really nice.

Enjoy those ear scritchies.

Your mommy and daddy did a great job of fixing up your new flower bed. It looks so good, I have a feeling Dooney and Bourke might not be able to resist hanging out in it.

That is a fantastic job!! It looks great!
We have a similar area in our backyard; it's actually the staging area from my work of last year. Since you did such a great job on yours, you are more than welcome to do our yard :)
Hope you had a great Sadieday!

It's furrly obvious that we nose furr more about wonderful gardens. Now, if missy would just leaves the sheep weeds alone and stop choppin', wees has lots of furry nice places to play and hide to surprise the kittifurs!

Beautiful!!! You and the rock bed! :) Hopefully the neighbour kitties will stay out of it now. You watch them good Sadie and give them a little 'bark' if they go near it!
