It's finally Sadieday! Today we're going to go on a field trip and I hope you can join us! We're going to have to drive over to the Oregon Coast so let's get going!
Instead of going to the beach, we'll go on a very narrow, slow, twisty road into the forest to a place with lots of trees and plants to sniff and a really nice trail to walk on...
Can you see the size of the three leaf clovers beside me? They are huge! A four leaf clover that size would bring lots and lots of luck but we had no luck in finding one.
There was lots of fun sights and smells along the way...
and there were some bridges to cross too...
That bridge looks stable and the creek looks pretty normal doesn't it?
Well, stay tuned until tomorrow to see another bridge we were on and what happens to the creek a little bit further down the trail. So for now, we'll wait right here...
and our field trip will be continued tomorrow!

Have a Happy Sadieday and be sure to visit tomorrow!

Always nice to see you enjoying Sadie Day. Don't let Mom fall off any of those bridges. See you tomorrow.

I'm down with any field trip that does not wind up at the vet's office! Plus this one has lots of cool scenery!

That is the happiest face ever, and who can blame you! What a cool trip my friend! Rumbles wants a leash so he can go with you!

Great, I love field trips! Here's my permission slip:"My Permission Slip."
That looks like a fun place to walk and guess what? No mud!
Thanks for taking us along and good luck in finding a giant 4-leaf clover. See you tomorrow :)

Sadie, you are one great leader!
Leading the crew to the mystical parts of nature ... minus the driving of course...!

Happy Sadieday!!!

I read in the paper that Portland is one of the leanest cities in the US. With trails like those I can see why! Gorgeous.
