Stroll With Sadie!

Happy Sadieday! Time for a midnight stroll with me! Well, not exactly midnight but close. Mommy's been taking me on walks around 10pm or so every night so come along on an evening stroll with me today.
One thing about going on strolls in the dark, I have to stay on leash and we can't go into the forest. But that doesn't mean that I can't take Mommy through the bushes! Ha roo roo!
Hey Mommy, here's the deers sign. Do you think there are any here.
Do you see any deers?
If you are ever walking in the dark with your mommy, stop and stare into the trees and see if she doesn't pick up the pace a little. This works every time! Ha roo roo!
It worked so well she walks really fast and almost passes me up!
Well, we got home in record time tonight so I guess this is good night!
Hope you have a Happy Sadieday!

what a tricky way to get mommy to walk faster. I think I would probably do the same thing though.

We love you Sadie and wish we could come on those walks with you, we can't walk in our neighborhood at night, too scary!

What a great walk Sadie! Arwen does the "stare into the bushes to scare mommy" as well, and sometimes she even adds a little growl. That is when we walk VERY fast!
have a great weekend!

What were those two sets of headlights. I hope they were deer. I would have been at a full run by then. Sadie I would have beat you home by a mile.

Great walk, Sadie!
Hey here's something I've always wondered about ... how do the deers know to cross at those signs?

Your Mom is a lot braver than our Momster. She doesn't like to walk in the dark at all. That is why we don't get so many walkies in the winter:( That's a really good trick you played on her with that stare into the trees.

Woos, the OP Pack

Seriously, who did those eyes belong to?

Sadie - you protect your mommy when you go out late! She might not be looking at her surroundings, though she takes fun pictures! {:-D

Thanks for the nighttime stroll. Sorry it took so long to stop by, but my dad came up from California to visit.
Those glowing eyes were eerie. Hope you had a fun Sadieday!

Sadie - you are so smart...getting mommy to walk faster & make her think it's because of the creepy shiny eyes in the woods :)
